Mouse Over and Automatic Audio Playback - Microsoft Community


hi, i've followed instructions on page create mouse on effect on slides.

if put cursor on text box on slide 1, change slide 2. added audio in slide 2, , set automatic play.

here scenarios audio playback works or not work.

1. if slideshow, , move cursor text box on slide 1, switch slide 2, , audio played automatically.

2. if move cursor text box on slide 2, switch slide 1. , if move cursor text box on slide 1 again, , switch slide 2, audio cannot played.

3. if close presentation, , open it, same result in scenario 1 , scenario 2. means, audio playback works once on slide mouse-over effect unless close , open again. why happen?

the playing of audio file considered animation ppt. default animations not play second time when view same slide.

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
