Outlook 2016 wont connect my GMail accounts - Microsoft Community


subscribed office 365 , installed office on asus running windows 10 os , on macbook air.. able setup gmail accounts on asus. setup on mac air, gmail accounts wont connect. there yellow dot on side of gmail account instead of green..

according experience, a yellow dot on side of gmail account may appear when client tries connect server. may caused network interrupts, or there wrong client or computer @ time. many factors can cause issue.
