Outlook abnormally forward meeting invitation to sender - Microsoft Community


i received meeting invitation email, outlook abnormally forward meeting invitation email sender hundred times. annoying sender. can tell me what cause problem happen ？any setting changed can avoid problem. using outlook 2013 , exchange server. thank you.

see if issue related outlook client, please temporarily close outlook, , use outlook web app in on-premises server. 

if issue doesn’t occur in outlook web app, means exchange services fine. can move forward outlook client check issue:
1. please save 1 email .msg file , send via private message.
   a) open 1 email, , click file in menu.
   b) click save as.
   c) choose “outlook message format-unicode” , click save.  
2. configure account in fresh installed computer, issue persist?

if issue still occurs in outlook web app, please let know following information:
1. other users encounter issue?
2. if organizer creates new meeting, after receive meeting invitation, outlook forward invitation hundred times?

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
