Outlook installed yesterday, no sent or deleted items folder, only - Microsoft Community


installed office 365 , installed gmail emails on outlook, can see emails in inbox there no sent or deleted items folder, when send sent cant view in sent items folder.  how sent , deleted items folder?

based on description of concern, appears you're using post office protocol (pop) gmail account. need use internet message access protocol (imap) gmail account, in outlook email client view folders.

remove gmail account outlook , add again imap email account.
