my husband using outlook 2010 downloads emails day after sent, not want change email programme registered blind , difficult him learn new programme.

i not technical have tried account settings or tools cannot find tools.

any appreciated.

need verify if has outlook 2010 using account. isolate issue, kindly provide following information:

  • does happens emails sent using account?
  • can still receive emails using outlook 2010?
  • did install latest office updates computer?
  • what troubleshooting steps have tried?

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
