question on outlook - Microsoft Community


dear sir ,

i have issue outlook account.actually in pc there account *** email address removed privacy *** account. removed , blocked account admin login , created new account name of *** email address removed privacy ***. when open in web portal working , old data of *** email address removed privacy *** not showing in that.but when open in outlook total data of jasthipathi@domain showing.so don't want see data regarding account in outlook.so please me in situation , if possible call on xx- xx57199. (personal information removed moderator protect privacy.)

based on experience, suggest remove old account , add new 1 in outlook client see if requirement can fulfilled. reference:

outlook email setup

moreover, suggest data in old account via exporting .pst file before deleting in case need use them in future.
