Send/Receive Error in Outlook 2010 - Microsoft Community


hi,

i have had disk failure , have gone through long system recovery exercise. running windows 10 home microsoft office 2010 , outlook has been running fine week since disk failure. until, evening had file/folder re-structuring in file explorer.

i experiencing problems outlook. of the settings have changed , getting send/receive error as 'outlook data file cannot accessed' (see screen shot below). file access problem sort of understandable have changed folder set life of me cannot work out how correct it. can please ? (i seeing emails on mobile phone).

i have resolved re-creating email account.

outlook has created the new account adding (1) after email address , not sure effect has on anything. know please ?
