Some mail not being delivered to my Hotmail/Outlook account - Microsoft Community


in last 5 days 3 people never sent me emails before have sent me emails have not received.  if send them emails receive them.  never got non-delivery notification when sent emails did not receive.  in case of 2 of people did email sent subsequently.  third person has sent me 5 or 6 emails in last 5 days , haven't received any.  today sent him test message hotmail account , cc'd work email outlook account since @ work.  replied , got email @ work account not on personal hotmail account.    none of people involved on blocked senders list.  none of 'missing' emails in deleted folder nor in recover deleted items list.  have office 365 @ home , office 2013 on work pc.  windows 10 on both.

for last year approximately half of incoming emails hotmail account go directly deleted folder.  reported last feb/mar in forum, no solution forthcoming.  impression hotmail/outlook decaying.

so, how fix non-delivery issue?  in advance.

access hotmail account via web browser access , check mail there - missing mail show there?

in ms outlook hotmail account set eas or full exchange or?

within ms outlook, file>account settings>email tab...........what type shown hotmail a/c?
