Blank email body - Microsoft Community


i installed office 2016 user, , transferred email live mail. of email transferred fine, of it, , new emails received have blank body. attachments there, nothing in body. putting safe mode not change anything. transferred pst file pc, , body still blank. if view email in live mail, body there. not use avg or nod32, , email not scanned our antivirus. have created new profile without change. have uninstalled , reinstalled office 2016. again, no effect. os windows 7 on domain.

i out of ideas. new ones.

should mention can see body if sent in plain text.
