Combine Outlook 2016 Inboxes - Microsoft Community


my old version of outlook had combined inbox accounts (they pop3)

after clean reinstall of office 365, windows 10 , using imap  was told combined inbox not possible.

i have used outlook long time , seems such backward step.

has problem been sorted microsoft, know?

it has been case imap mail accounts use own separate folder sets.

if had set mail accounts pop have configured them use single folder set.

its not ms, mail protocol used.



Office / Outlook / Windows 10 / Office 365 for business

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
