IMAP issues with Outlook 2016 - Microsoft Community


i used chat on hour today, no results. 

i have outlook 365 personal.  decided change email pop3 imap sync between pc, ipad, , iphone.  after doing so, email shows 2 sets of folders.  new imap missing sent items , deleted items folders.  new mail goes imap inbox.  the old email folders still displayed.  here screenshot old folders on top.

when right click new imap inbox, nothing displayed in box, i.e. there nothing subscribe to.  additionally, changed root path inbox, , there no change.

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
