Is there anyway to block the undeliverable message in Outlook? - Microsoft Community


greetings,

we have terminal server remote users connect , communicate skype business. these users have skype licenses , not have exchange account. whenever 1 of users have exchange send messages offline remote users, undeliverable message in outlook skype business tries send conversation history/missed messages remote users (whom, again, not have access outlook , no exchange licenses).

somehow either need force skype quit sending messages offline/away remote users, or try block undeliverable messages. i've tried creating rule in exchange admin center, doesn't work. rule set delete messages contained text, 'wasn't found @ domainname.com . tried set rule blocked messages remote users, haven't had luck that, either.

we cannot stop alerts , need create inbox rule in outlook client instead of transport rule in eac delete these ndrs.
