Microsoft live Keep loosing folders for no reason - Microsoft Community


i have folders setup , use them religiously on outlook live keep inbox not clutterd. had 1 set our house emails or closing our monthly bill receipts. went away 3 weeks ago e-mails saved in folder. set new 1 , today went away again. 1st time disappeared gone on mobile devices time folder still there empty. hope can me because there important information in folder disappeared 1st time.

we know more concern have missing emails. kindly answer following:

  • have made changes on account prior issue?
  • how outlook configured?
  • are using pop3, imap or exchange?

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
