Moving MULTIPLE emails to folders in outlook 2016 only copies - Microsoft Community


i'm running windows 7 enterprise , ms office pro plus 2016. when drag , drop email in outlook inbox folder, email copied , not moved! it's pain because have make sure in folder before deleting inbox.

any resolve issue appreciated.

update....i discovered if drag , drop 1 email @ time, "moved". if drag , drop multiple emails, copied , not "moved".

1 thing discovered regarding issue having. if drag , drop 1 email @ time, delete inbox. but, if drag , drop 2 emails, copy.
