office 365 outlook email search - Microsoft Community


hi unable result office 365 outlook search. tried rebuild option, no result.

if outlook 365 search not working indexing issue, , have correct outlook 365 search work again. issue may lie in fact when installed office 365, have lost outlook index. if results come empty, need rebuild index following steps below:

1. in outlook 365 click on file tab.
2. click on options and search.
3. next click on indexing options.
4. should see locations being indexed, click on advanced button.
5. once advanced box has opened see section named troubleshooting section have option rebuild, click option.
6. rebuilding take time, make sure leave pc running while.
