Office 365 User 550 5.7.501 Access denied, spam abuse detected - Microsoft Community

split thread.

hi, have same issue.

we have configured bot (at ms bot framework) e-mail channel (email address @ office 356).

bot receive incoming email messages, responds them, , builds outgoing email message.
message not delivered error

remote server returned '550 5.7.501 access denied, spam abuse detected. more information please go to http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=526653'

however, direct sending email bot's mailbox (via office365 portal) same recipient work fine.

moreover, failed messages sent , delivered if manually resent o365.
tried 3 different email servers including gmail.com.
same thing.

is possible check whether our server blacklisted?

i provide more details in private message.

thanks.

hi asolovey,

since directly sending emails bot’s mailbox works fine, office 365 email service fine. please try delist bot account referring article below check whether works:

https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dn458545(v=exchg.150).aspx

if doesn’t work, suggest post in our office 365 developers forum dedicated assistance since it’s related development program:
