purchased , downloaded outlook 2013 couple of years ago.  pc crashed today.  had purchase new pc. 

have got 25 digit product code cannot find out download outlook 2013. 

have tried ringing microsoft (uk).  busy , keep telling me ring later.... 

running on windows 10.

please help.  thank you.

  1. how outlook 2013 purchased? bought online or @ retail store?
  2. if bought online , email account associated outlook 2013 installation, please log in microsoft account , check if have access installation source.
  3. if isn't associated email account, click here , follow onscreen instructions verify access outlook 2013 installation source.
