Outlook 2016 Will Not Start The FIRST TIME - Microsoft Community


i purchased, downloaded, installed , activated copy of office pro plus 2016. purchased office pro outlook because used 20 years working federal government. program not start outlook. each time try start it, window stating outlook has stopped working, , presents debug or close button. have tried debug key, disappers.

i have tried repair installation through control panel

i have tried microsoft office configuration tool- of course, outlook must running @ no luck

i have tried starting program in safe mode- same result

any ideas?
