has started happening hotmail account (imap) on outlook mac app.....

about issue, suggest reconfigure hotmail account outlook.com see if issue still happens.

to configure account via outlook.com, can open outlook mac>tools, when add account, outlook.com method show screenshot below:

if issue still occurs after configure hotmail account via outlook.com, please provide following information our further troubleshooting:

  1. does issue occur when send emails using hotmail account? did make change such updating outlook mac version before issue happen?
  2. does issue occur in hotmail account configured hotmail? if configure imap account in outlook mac client, issue occur again?
  3. the detailed version of outlook mac client. example, version 15.32 (170309).
