Unknown Private Appointments showing in Outlook but not OWA - Microsoft Community


hello,

i have quite odd dilemma have shared mailbox in o365 environment has private appointments showing in outlook not show in owa created brand new outlook profile , private appointments still show. have experience this.

so able figure out mfc mapi awesome tool way , become more familiar it. how able find choosing "shared mailbox" had full access permissions to. there went  top of information store> calendar>open contents table>pr_sensitivity attribute "private". calendar items don't flat out private appointments need pr_sensitivity attribute labeled private. there can choose appointment want delete, right clicking , select delete.



Office / Outlook / Other/unknown / Office 365 for business

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
