I didn't copy "Rules" when I created a new identity and - Microsoft Community


running outlook mac 2011 under sierra.

my old identity corrupted , followed procedure build new identity, included copying "categories" instead of "folders", thereby getting folder names = "recovered folder n".  of course, had rename folders -- not problem because had saved information.

unfortunately, did not include copying extensive set of rules, can found in old identity.  can copy rules old identity current one.  simple rebuild rules action without damaging folder names again?

i got lazy, , copied entire rules folder.  went smooth, , we're in operation.
