Junk mail not getting processed - Microsoft Community

lately i've been getting larger amount of junk mail usual. wouldn't problem except they're coming inbox in outlook 2016. still shunted junk mail fair proportion of them wind in inbox.

what's more puzzling oftentimes when right click on 1 of them , choose junk > block sender, nothing happens. email supposed moved junk mail folder doesn't.

so i'm wondering why:

1. large proportion of junk mail isn't getting classified such automatically

2. telling outlook it's junk doesn't move email junk mail folder.

any ideas on either issue?

thanks,

jonathan
