Outlook 2016 not syncing Shared Mailbox - Microsoft Community


when in outlook 2016 shared mailbox in not syncing.  

what have tried resolve issue:

1. have re-installed outlook 2016

2. re-created mail profile in control panel > mail (microsoft outlook 2016) (32-bit)

3. tested step 1-2 on machine software installed , still had same issue

software installed

for have better view of issue, please provide following information:

  • when did start having problem?
  • are there changes made prior issue?
  • did notice problem happening other apps?
  • what exact error message have received when trying sync outlook 2016 shared mailbox?
