Outlook 2016 (O365 ProPlus) hangs entering Automatic Replies - Microsoft Community


using o365 proplus account under win10/64-bit build 1607. on-prem exchange 2013 server dag.

whenever launch outlook, either or in safe mode ("/safe") , try automatic replies, outlook hangs 2-3 minutes, "automatic replies settings cannot displayed because server unavailable."  network connectivity fine, , our on-prem exchange 2013 functioning , optimally.

suggestions?  thanks.

since using on-premise exchange 2013 therefore, i’d involve our dedicated technet support team in finding solution you, because engineers there more professional in fields. please post question in forum , our experts’ focus on issue encounter resolved more efficiently.
