Unread Mail Folder & Return Receipt - Microsoft Community


howdy!

i'm trying find information on how create "unread" mail folder in microsoft outlook mac (version 15.31), can't find works?!?!?!?

also, there "read receipt" function (like in windows 2010 version) getting receipt after has read e-mail?

i suggest can try create “smart folder” or saved search folder. on folder can filter unread emails choosing “unread” option on criteria. can refer article.

 

regarding “read receipt in outlook mac”, there's no read-receipt option in version of outlook mac. appreciate understanding.
