Corrupt .pst in Outlook 365/2016 - Microsoft Community


i have office 365 2016 installed on hard-drive.  outlook not open normally, (once) did in safe mode.  not open @ because default .pst not opened.

the .pst file 260mb

i'm @ loss ... i've tried every option suggested: scanpst.exe doesn't fix it, or without log.  i've uninstalled , re-installed office, no luck.

any ideas?

thanks roady, in end managed outlook up.  followed suggestion run scanpst.exe more once, did.  after 4-5 runs, got message saying minor inconsistencies existed.  rebooted again (which did many, many times during exercise), , outlook started in safe mode.  disabled add-ins, , problem seems sorted.

and tips - tried restoring back-ups nothing working.
