having trouble showing seperate inboxes each account in outlook 2016 mac

you didn’t provide details type of account , version of outlook.

pop emails end in same on computer inbox in versions of outlook.

some earlier versions regrouped nicely inbox of different imap , exchange accounts @ top of sidebar. changed , see global inbox everything.

the recent versions of outlook (the insider versions) offer possibility make folder favorite , have listed @ top again.

for pop accounts, best option far smart folder: perform search in on computer inbox emails sent specific account , “save” search smart folder.

you can repeat other accounts , creates artificial inboxes can use pop accounts.
