i have same problem (but doesn't refer 200mb) - when load outlook following message appears once.

"the total attachment size exceeds limit. try removing 1 or more attachments before saving or resending."

last week tried send email large attachment. have since deleted email. message appears still.

i using outlook mac version 15.33

i followed advice , made new profile, when set new profile default error message no longer appears, means no longer see contacts, mail , calendar, etc.

so have set profile default , still see message.  please advise do.

if have set profile using exchange mail, contact , calendar automatically sync server.

if don't have data on server have take first  and import new profile.
