you're right, old version, if meets needs, use you've got.

actually project 98 has more flexibility drawing tools current versions of project. far adding text gantt chart view, select text box tool, click , drag create box, , start typing. change font color or style, select text typed , go format > font. if want place text box relative particular task, double click on text box bring format drawing window. can position text box relative timescale or attach task.
