when click on new e-mail button no window opens page visible in task bar icon.  not maximise.  same happens when try open received e-mail

to understand better, please answer these questions:

  • did happen after update installed on computer?
  • do encounter issues other office programs?

see if same thing occur if launch outlook in safe mode. can go page learn how can open office programs in safe mode.

we recommend repair office , check if doing problem. check out link steps.
