Outlook messages delay - Microsoft Community


i have windows 10 , office home & business 2016 on computer , try use outlook receive email.  it takes hour , day receive messages , not them all.   the ones did not @ were  password reset links.  i can use internet go https://mail.twc.com/ , same messages shortly after sent.  i have talked microsoft technical , talked through setting changes, still have same problem. have talked time warner technical , had me change numbers believe send , receive ports.  the problem ongoing , outlook useless receiving messages.  is there answer solve problem.
