Reply Emails Not In Conversations - Microsoft Community


why sent emails not show in conversations reply sent? first response received question, suggested click on "conversations" under "organize" on menu bar, made things worse -- replies went outbox , not send @ all.

may know outlook 2016 mac version using? latest update, please provided detailed information this?

when “my replies went outbox”, mean sent email stuck in outlook?

how have configured mail account in outlook client via using exchange or pop/imap?

make sure computer connected internet or network.

verify outlook online. on outlook menu, make sure work offline not checked.

use web base browser email see whether can send email.

may try check issue via using different network environment or mac pc see whether problem still occurs.
