Sync Status - Loading - Microsoft Community


using outlook mac 15.32 (office 365) 

headers download, body of message says 'downloading'

& sync status says 'updating'

what's going on??

help

here's how resolved it.

  • i started deleting & moving emails make folder size smaller clutter & inbox
  • i went folder list & 'right-clicked' exchange folder - 'inspection reports' -> properties -> empty cache

this increased 'updating local' 2 56, synced up.

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
