Unread messages bold - Microsoft Community


someone posted year ago unread messages no longer bold , there no way change this. switched email platforms office 365 , find utterly impossible use without ability distinguish read , unread emails.

has come solution this? if ms engingeers can't fix asap, i'm going old platform because awful.

thank post. based on experience unread emails version 15.32 show blue dot on left side of item, indicates new or unread email shown on screenshot below.


please provide following information narrow down issue:

1.) the  detailed outlook mac version, example 15.30 (170107). , detailed mac os version, example macos sierra version 10.12 (16a232). 

2.) the screenshot of the office mac updates (outlook > > check updates).

3.) screenshot showing current unread , read emails not distinguish each other.
