Contents of Drafts Being Deleted Following Exchange Update - Microsoft Community


a few days ago, updated our exchange 2013 latest cumulative update (currently cu16).  following update, users have been reporting issues using outlook web app.  specifically, issue (saved) draft emails.  employees of customer feedback department follow policy compose contents of email , save drafts folder review.  contents of these draft emails deleted, person reviewing drafts still sees draft email in folder, when click on it, subject line empty , body of email empty well.  have recorded small clip showing when draft email not being viewed, can see subject displayed correctly in list of emails in folder.  however, when click on email display it, subject line changes "no subject" in list of emails.  not major problem, though, show unusual happening.  major issue fix contents of email being deleted.
