Error Message - Microsoft Community


 i can not access microsoft @ all

this message appears "the program can't start because api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0dll missing computer. try reinstalling program fix problem. ( have done @ least 4 times now!)

it seems microsoft visual c ++ again have un-installed , re installed nothing seems work.

my pc wont let me run updates again seems issue.

please can forward reply.

to better understand situation, i’d confirm following things:

  1. by “cannot access microsoft @ all”, office application issue related to, outlook, microsoft visual?
  2. if issue related office applications, open 1 of them>file>account>capture screenshot of information under product information.
  3. the screenshot error message “the program can’t start because … computer”.
  4. a screenshot “my pc won’t let me run updates again”.
