i've deleted roamcache folder noted in of support forums.

i have older nk2 file can import using "outlook.exe /importnk2" command. works until close outlook. i've tried disabling add-ins no success.

problem solved! in attempt fix issue icloud, decided switch 32 bit version of office. somewhere in process, though able install 32 bit office, never uninstalled 64 bit version.

the news icloud did work 32 bit office. bad news autocomplete not work. since apple said there version of icloud work 64 bit office, tried reinstall 64 bit office. however, not let me uninstall 32 bit office because said had multiple versions on pc. tried using o15-ctrremove.diagcab without success.

the fix uninstall issue go through tedious manual office 365 uninstall process (

https://support.office.com/en-us/article/manually-uninstall-office-2016-or-office-365-4e2904ea-25c8-4544-99ee-17696bb3027b?ui=en-us&rs=en-us&ad=us&fromar=1).

voila, able install 64 bit office , autocomplete works. that's news. i'm started icloud. when open icloud settings , check on sharing contacts, calendar, etc... outlook error message "setup can't continue because outlook isn't configured have default profile". when check mail settings in control panel, have 1 profile outlook.

i've checked several potential solutions in , apple's forums , nothing works. 1 go earlier version of icloud. guess icloud not looking @ right place in registry profile. if find out , what, make manual entry registry.
