Recent problems with Outlook 16 - Microsoft Community


use outlook 16 mail on pc.  both wife , have outlook.com exchange accounts have both run no problem on outlook 16 today outlook keeps crashing , works if remove wife's email account.  add account on starts crashing again.  has new update been added in last few days haven't spotted

had similar issues, about  4 weeks ago, using full exchange mail account & 2x imap accounts, problem caused kaspersky anti spam add-in. exchanged extensive logs/info kaspersky support, including new profiles, removing kaspersky, re-installing, problem became intermittent, of time add-in enabled in kaspersky control panel , appears ok
