following recent update microsoft office, have encountered following problem

something went wrong , search couldn't completed

i have followed 2 processes suggested in community no success

modifying indexing option in search

and allowing file have contents indexed in addition file properties.

to date neither of these have worked.

it becoming increasingly frustrating microsoft make changes there no way contact them directly problems these changes occur.

hi richard,

there known issue similar concern. check out link and issue #5, if it's similar issue, follow suggested workaround resolve issue. if issue still persists, follow steps in article: repair office application.
