Blank items appear in PersonMetadata folder in Office 365/Outlook - Microsoft Community


i have added office 365/outlook email account locally-installed outlook 2013.

i have search folder set list email in mail folders.

for weeks now, search folder has been listing blank items located in folder named personmetadata.

i cannot find folder anywhere or information it. can delete blank items.

what going on?

meanwhile, now, suggest you narrow search scope down entering search criteria or ignore folder.
