POWERPOINT on MAC defaulting to GREEK alphabet in "notes" - Microsoft Community


all of sudden powerpoint files have been translated greek alphabet.  the text in actual slides remains english, in notes panel, there default greek phrase if delete , attempt change font in notes panel , general default, reverts greek.  

what going on , how fix this?  powerpoint freezing , unexpectedly closing often. version mac 2011 version 14.4.7. latest installed update 14.4.7

it doesn't allow me updates either - choice in window not highlighted , not clickable.

recently we've received reports regarding issue, , working related team further investigate it. according customers' feedback, letters display properly, when return 10.12.3 or change font bold.

1) mac os version , powerpoint version (14.4.7).

2) have made changes mac before issue happen?

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
