unfortunately, can't send out emails anymore , following error message appears: remote server returned '550 5.7.501 access denied, spam abuse detected. more information please go http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=526653'


message mean account has been used spam purposes?

i teacher , using account business reasons. 

please me. can do?

hi andrea,

yeah, related spam detection eop. say, if sender (ip, domain) sent spam email, blocked eop. why (related domain) can’t send out email although never sent spam email.

and, in situation, suggest use admin account log exchange admin center, , click protection> action center check if account blocked. here article reference: removing user, domain, or ip address block list after sending spam email.
if not administrator, let admin in organization check it.

if steps above cannot fix issue, further analyze, please provide tenant information , entire ndr via private message.
