Save my outlook messages and contacts in local outlook and cancel 365 - Microsoft Community


have retired , want move outlook 365 contacts, calendars , messages local machine reference , delete 365 account.

you can refer following article export emails, contacts , calendar outlook .pst file , cancel office 365 subscription. after that, can still access data via .pst file on outlook desktop client.

note: won’t have access these data online after cancel subscription.

 

export or backup email, contacts, , calendar outlook .pst file

 

meanwhile, if cancel office 365 subscription, lose ability activate outlook. if want access .pst file, may need purchase additional license use outlook.
