Tasks from my Windows computer aren't able to be accepted on my - Microsoft Community


outlook mac doesn't function windows? can assign task assistant, can't accept or decline , won't give reminders , can't complete not inform me when task complete. up?

outlook windows , outlook mac have many differences.

in general, if assign task using outlook windows assistant using outlook mac. assist receive email task in outlook mac. since not owner of task, task reminder turned off when assign it. task show in task list, can choose task, click home> mark complete.

it’s expected behavior can't accept or decline , won't give reminder. needs add reminder on side owner. can mark complete not notification email task completed. can check task list, task show completed in outlook windows.

if not in situation, i’d confirm following information narrow down issue:

  1. what's detailed version of outlook mac (open outlook>click outlook in taskbar>about outlook). please make sure it’s latest version on side.
  2. can assistant notification email , task show in task list?
  3. could please provide more details “she can't accept or decline , won't give reminders , can't complete it”, screenshots?
