i've been using office 365 account little on year now. check e-mail through web mail, though did add account outlook once.  had been having no problems office online. 6 months ago, noticed not getting of e-mails or not getting e-mails specific people. logged computer outlook installed, , noticed e-mails had not been getting coming outlook. there no new e-mails in outlook ones had come before date , ones not going outlook online. people never got e-mails online, , way able them else in chain replied me. strangely more forwarded e-mail instead of copied one, though addresses there. wasn't conversation. looked had added me last e-mail. particular issue still ongoing. haven't thought of because computer using had copy of office had been deactivated. thought possibly issue.

i have new computer, , new license office. i'm still having same issue. i'm getting practically no new emails full outlook, they're going going online. if send e-mail, reply goes outlook online. it's not syncing online calendar. can send e-mail myself. have check, think i'm having issues adding account mobile devices. in outlook shows it's online , connected. support , recovery tool finding no problems.

i've tried removing , re-creating profile. i've tried setting myself , letting recovery tool it. nothing in outlook shows there should problem.
