Outlook - iCalendar - event times appear differently in diaries - Microsoft Community


hi,

my virtual pa synching ms outlook (not sure version) icalendar. sees of events time of day sees in diary messed up. dates , days correct not time of day, example 10.00am meeting in diary appears 3.00am.

anyone have ideas source of incompatibility?

experience, issue may related different time zones set in 2 different apps/computers. please firstly try set time zones same , see if helps. here 2 articles reference:

icloud: change calendar’s time zone.

1. please involve virtual pa provide information:

a. kind of account use, office 365 business, exchange on-premises or other kind of account?
b. detailed version of outlook.

2. , virtual pa use same time zone settings on apps/computers?
3. please share detailed steps how virtual pa synced outlook calendar icalendar. screenshots preferred.
4. use mac built-in calendar app? what’s version?
5. virtual pa’s calendar display correctly on side?

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
