Outlook Profile issue - Microsoft Community


dear team

we in hybrid deployment , users having issue while connecting or configuring outlook.

the error " connection ms exchange unavailable ,outlook must online or connected complete action" users outlook showing disconnected.

the effected users using office 2010 , please on issue .

i see auto discovery & outlook.office365.com able ping desktop.

firstly, autodiscover record should pointed on-premise exchange server in hybrid environment.

 

if issue persisits, i’d collect information:

 

  1. what’s version of on-premise exchange servers?
  2. are these users in cloud or on-premise?
  3. about “he effected users using office 2010”, have other clients? if so, these effected users work on other outlook clients?
  4. since office 2012 left mainstream support on october 2012 , office 365 not offer code fixes resolve problems encounter when using service office 2010, office 365 features may not work well. may know whether can upgrade office 2010 office 2016?
