Sending meeting invites in outlook with a RSVP that disables the - Microsoft Community


i need 2 things meeting invites.

1. stop people forwarding others invite exclusive. have resolved on forum, thank you.

2. set rsvp prevent invited people respond late , screw planning, less food oredered etc.

so way disable "accept" button when set date has expired, i.e. 5 days befire actual meeting. if involve vb scripting or using plug in, fine me.

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
