Microsoft Outlook 2007 queston - Microsoft Community


when receive emails on business account subject in  my inbox leads [ext] not sure is. our desk had no idea either. noticed inbox no longer searchable search box well. example no longer finds "search" query keyword in body of email. have click through emails find looking for.

firstly, if using outlook 2007 client, please update latest version: outlook 2016 1701 7369.2127 because outlook 2007 has been out of our support timeline.

then, if issue persists after that, please provide screenshots further analysis. also, can specify more details [ext] issue? 

regarding searchable question, make sure search "all mailboxes". when search in inbox, put mouse on message, wait minutes, folder. check whether subfolder.
