Not able to set Outlook password - Microsoft Community


hi, want protect email in outlook password.

i go file, select account. select data files tab , select correct account. press settings. however,

in window opens, there no option set password. shows path .pst file, , "compact now" button.

there not button set or change password.
not use exchange.
run outlook part of office 365.
please see screenshot below.
grateful help.

the pic posted shows using imap or exchange mail account, not pop mail account, , password set/provided mail provider.

in account settings, select mail account>change> de-select 'remember password'
